Staff Experience and Training

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lisa Gerald obtained a Bachelors of Science from the University of Connecticut in Human Development  Family Relations.  She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Management and a Graduate Certificate in Latino Community Practice from the University of Saint Joseph.   Lisa  served the residents of the State of Connecticut within the Judicial Branch, Court Support Services Division, Adult Probation.  After 22 years of service, she retired as a Chief Probation Officer, a position she held for nine years.   Project Pardon, LLC. was inspired by her desire to continue to support positive changes for individuals, families, and communities. 


Lisa supervised clients and/or lead units which served a variety of caseloads to include Intakes, Court Staff, Domestic Violence, Mental Health, Probation Transition Program, Youthful Offenders,  Sex Offenders and gender specific case loads.  Throughout her years at probation, she wrote, trained, and supervised officers in Pre-Sentence Investigation( PSI).  These lifetime reports were and are used to make sentencing  and condition recommendations.  The reports are considered by judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys.  Other users of the report are Department of  Correction for classification, parole matters, and consideration by the Board of Pardon.

Professional

The majority of our professional staff has worked together for almost 20 years.  Each has an extensive background in working with the courts, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, the Department of Correction, and the Board of Pardons and Parole.  Their careers were dedicated to supporting those in the system, public safety, and victim empathy.  They were dedicated to restoration and rehabilitation. At Project Pardon, LLC., that mission continues.
