In some cases, the State of Connecticut Board of Pardons and Parole may request a hearing.  By statute, an applicant must appear for the hearing, even if living out of state. Our workshops will prepare you to answer their major question.  "Why should they grant you a pardon?"  in a genuine, well thought out, heartfelt, and concise manner. Self -advocacy is the standard.
